I LOVE MY WORK because I help people find their brilliance in change.  Change is not easy.  It forces us to think and behave differently.  It can be disruptive, unfamiliar and unsettling.  Change, though, offers possibility.  That’s how I can help you.  Through strategic direction and coaching, we can discover the possibilities for you.

Changing Tides is about understanding the ebb and flow of change and becoming equipped with the skills and tools to adapt and succeed in an ever-evolving world.  As a change strategist and coach, working with individuals and organizations, I witness people changing their lives, learning to adjust, bouncing back and recalibrating during times of transition.  Together, we look for the opportunities, discover out-of-the-box possibilities, design a unique plan and stay on track to achieve it.

Are you feeling stuck, but don’t know how to move forward? Are you looking for that “something more” for your life or your work? Are you going through a transition, unsure of what you want or how to get what you want?  You are my type of client.  Let me help you, too — contact me to discuss your situation today and we'll get started.

~Roger Pfeuffer, Former Superintendent, Tucson Unified School District

"Suzanne does a great job providing constructive feedback in the moment while also maintaining and promoting an individual's self-confidence. She was a great asset to me as I worked on my executive presentation skills particularly when presenting in front of a large audience!"
~Deborah Garrett, Corporate Human Resources Executive, Intuit

"Suzanne helped me answer the question, "What will make me happy", so I could discover those things I truly enjoy and incorporate them into my day-to-day work."
